Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please try on all footwear in a carpeted area to ensure that it remains in new condition. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, simply return the merchandise in its original condition within 30 days. We will happily exchange your order or refund the purchase price to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. When using the enclosed smart label, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
Option #1 Affix the PRE-ADDRESSED RETURN SMART LABEL included with the shipment to the outside of the package. Drop your package in the US MAIL by giving it to your MAIL CARRIER or by taking the package to your local POST OFFICE. We will then subtract the cost of return shipping from your total credit. The fee for returning a single pair of shoes is $10.95. For two or more pair, the fee is $14.95. Option #2 Should you choose not to use the included smart label, we advise that you insure all merchandise being shipped back to Beren Shoes. Simply send back your purchase using a carrier of your choice in its original condition within 30 days, along with the original receipt to: Beren Shoes, Inc. For our international customers, we advise that you ship with a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number for your protection. Please note that any customs or duties associated with a return will be your responsibility. Also, please be sure to indicate the reason on the return/exchange form. Normal outbound shipping charges will be applied for exchange orders from addresses outside the United States, and also for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
No additional shipping charges will be applied for exchange orders when the shipping address is within the continental U.S.. Normal shipping charges will be applied for exchange orders from addresses outside the United States and also for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Returned items will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. The items for which they are exchanged will be charged as new orders on the original method of payment and will not include any shipping charges.
