Shipping & Handling
Delivery charges are based on order value and method of shipping. Rush charges will be added to the standard shipping and handling fees. You will be able to select various shipping methods on the checkout page.
The shipping rates are currently as follows (subject to change due to carriers and fuel surcharges):

DELIVERY
Items ordered together may be shipped separately. You will be informed of any delays. For deliveries within the Continental USA, we will ship your order via UPS. For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. For USA shipping charges see chart above. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RUSH DELIVERY. We offer Next Day Air or Second Day Air service for in-stock items. Add $20 per shipping address for delivery one business day after shipping. Add $10 per shipping address for delivery two business days after shipping. Orders must be placed before 12pm Pacific and are subject to product availability. Verification of credit card billing and shipping name and address is also required. Please call Customer Service for more information.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are accepted using US$ and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail delivery. Next Day and 2-Day shipping are not available for International orders. The following shipping charges apply:

Standard Delivery
For deliveries within the Continental USA, we will ship your order via UPS. For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note that items in your order may be shipped and arrive to you separately. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery of in-stock items. Should an order be delayed or backordered we will contact you promptly.
Rush Delivery
We offer UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air service for in-stock items. UPS Next Day Air is $20 in addition to our Standard Delivery fee and will arrive one business day after shipping. UPS Second Day Air is $10 in addition to our Standard Delivery fee and will arrive two business days after shipping. Orders must be placed before 12pm Pacific and are subject to product availability. Verification of credit card billing and shipping name and address is also required. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
International Orders are accepted using only US$. We must be able to verify your billing/shipping name and address with the credit card card issuer. We ship via USPS Express Mail, and orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. We do not ship Next Day or Two Day Air Internationally. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, simply return the merchandise within 30 days in its original condition. We will happily exchange your order or refund your purchase price.
Exchanges & Refunds
To return a selection for an exchange or refund, there are two options:
Option #1
Affix the PRE ADDRESSED RETURN SMART LABELincluded with the shipment to the outside of the package. Drop your package in the US MAIL, give to your MAIL CARRIER or take to the POST OFFICE. We will then subtract the cost of return shipping from your total credit.
Option #2
Simply send back your purchase using a carrier of your choice in its original condition within 30 days along with the original receipt to:

No additional shipping charges will be applied for exchange orders. Returned items will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. Please be sure to indicate the reason on the Return/Exchange form. For your protection, we advise that you ship with a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number for your package.
