SHIPPING & HANDLING
Arthur Beren is pleased to introduce a new and improved shipping rate. We have listened to our customers' feedback and are excited to offer this reduction.
Just $5 will ship your entire order using domestic ground service.
For 2-Day Air add $10, for Next-Day Air add $20.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders placed on or before Thursday, December 17th should arrive by Thursday, December 24th if the shipping delivery address is in the United States, Alaska and Hawaii excepted. Orders placed on or after Friday, December 18th may not arrive prior to Christmas Day, even with expedited shipping.
DELIVERY
Items ordered together may be shipped separately. You will be informed of any delays. For deliveries within the Continental USA, we will ship your order via UPS. For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery of in-stock items. Should an order be delayed or backordered we will contact you promptly.
RUSH DELIVERY. We offer Next Day Air or Second Day Air service for in-stock items. Add $20 per shipping address for delivery one business day after shipping. Add $10 per shipping address for delivery two business days after shipping. Orders must be placed before 12pm Pacific and are subject to product availability. Verification of credit card billing and shipping name and address is also required. Please call Customer Service for more information.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are accepted using US$ and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail delivery. Next Day and 2-Day shipping are not available for International orders. The following shipping charges apply:

$45 for the first item. $10 added for each additional item.
Canadian Orders
Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS Express Mail. Shipping to Canada is $20 for the first item, $5 for each additional item.
International Orders
We must be able to verify your billing/shipping name and address with the credit card issuer. We ship via USPS Express Mail, and orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. We do not ship Next Day or Two Day Air Internationally. If you have questions about International Orders please contact us.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, simply return the merchandise within 30 days in its original condition. We will happily exchange your order or refund your purchase price.
Exchanges & Refunds
To return a selection for an exchange or refund, there are two options:
Option #1
Affix the PRE ADDRESSED RETURN SMART LABEL included with the shipment to the outside of the package. Drop your package in the US MAIL, give to your MAIL CARRIER or take to the POST OFFICE. We will then subtract the cost of return shipping from your total credit.
Option #2
Simply send back your purchase using a carrier of your choice in its original condition within 30 days along with the original receipt to:

No additional shipping charges will be applied for exchange orders. Returned items will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. Please be sure to indicate the reason on the Return/Exchange form. For your protection, we advise that you ship with a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number for your package.
